SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time!! The user shall immediate open the package and check the item(s) shipped to confirm that the item(s) is delivered in good condition. If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us.
- FREE Shipping
The Free Shipping shall be applicable only in India on the product/item(s) as published in the website only on particular products or selected products by website owners and this offer is not applicable to all www.ceramicfactory.in products or item(s).
- Shipping Charges:
Nominal shipping charges are applicable on the products or item(s) based on the distance of delivering the product; the www.ceramicfactory.in will update the shipping charges to the user within reasonable time limit through email/sms.
- ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The Delivery of the products/item(s) shall be depending upon the distance of delivery and availability of the stock with the vendor or manufacturer.
In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
- Shipping from partner locations
To provide you with a plethora of shopping options, we have partnered with several brands. Some products in our catalogue are directly shipped from these partner locations. These are marked as “Sold by Vendor” and usually take depending upon the distance to reach your doorstep.
- Heavy or bulky items
Some products in our catalogue are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take depending upon the distance of delivery and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.
Note: Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
- No return/refund policy on any products listed in website www.ceramicfactory.in or return/refund policy will applicable if the owner of www.ceramicfactory.in has justified it.
- In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
- No refund or return policy is applicable except seller deliver wrong item or seller cannot be able to provide or complete the order. Buyer need to raise the refund request within 7days from the date of payment realization.
- Payment refund will be done by debiting 3% of processing charge in any condition in the payment refund.
- The Buyer shall be eligible for the Return Policy once they have raised the request by contacting us on email id email@example.com.
- In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the Buyers account.
The www.ceramicfactory.in accepts the products once sold only on the following situations which may arise:
- Item was defective excepts ceramic products *(Conditions Apply)
- Item was damaged during the Shipping excepts ceramic products *(Conditions Apply)
- Products was/were missing excepts ceramic products *(Conditions Apply)
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
- Ceramic products is not accepts once sold.
www.ceramicfactory.in shall also refund the money to the user in the following two situations:
- Seller can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
- If Seller disagrees a return request, Buyer can file a dispute under the Buyer Protection Program.
It is the bounden liability on the user to check the item(s) immediately once it is delivery to confirm that the item(s) is in good condition.
The Buyer has to request for the replacement of item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery of products. The item(s) once used or damaged will not be accepted under this return policy. Once Buyer has to raise a request for replacement by contacting us on by the email firstname.lastname@example.org provided on the Website. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:
- Buyer is asked for “Reason for Return”. Among others, the following are the leading reasons:
- Shipping was damaged
- Item was defective
- Item Dead on Arrival
- Item(s) were missing
- Wrong item sent
- An intimation shall be provided to Seller seeking either “approval” or “rejection” of the replacement request.
- In case the Seller accepts the replacement request, Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Seller and only after return of the product; Seller shall be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Buyer.
- Incase Seller rejects the replacement request, Buyer can choose to raise a dispute by writing email.
- In case the Seller doesn’t have the product at all, Seller can provide the refund to the Buyer and Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.
